A publicly-listed company developing oncology therapeutics looking to exploit the effects of a previously approved compound in combination with other anticancer agents required assistance to conduct a comprehensive organizational strategic review of all aspects of operations and asset strategy to reset the company on a new path.

Adnovate Clinical’s Solution
A multifunctional team provided by Adnovate Clinical, including seasoned pharmaceutical executives well versed in corporate strategy, assessed clinical, scientific and corporate strategy as well as company operational structure and functioning. Following a comprehensive review, a detailed list of recommendations was provided to strengthen company operations and corporate strategy for future execution and further fund raising. In addition, scientific and medical leadership were provided through the provision of an interim CSO and CMO to allow the company to continue to operate whilst permanent staff were hired. Clinical operations support was also provided to help with updating quality management systems to be fully compliant with EU and US regulations. Independent work by the Adnovate Clinical team (including Market Access and Regulatory experts), followed by KOL interactions (including organization of an Advisory Board meeting in the US) led to the refinement of indications and positionings across a range of tumor types and identified opportunities to strengthen the scientific supporting data set.
